Congress ने 'छात्रों की गूंज' अभियान छेड़ा, कहा- Exam गड़बड़ी 'संस्थागत विफलता' का सबूत

कांग्रेस ने गुरुवार को 'छात्रों की गूंज' नाम से 40 दिन का देशव्यापी अभियान शुरू किया। इसका मकसद छात्रों से जुड़े मुद्दों को उठाना है, जिनमें परीक्षा के पेपर लीक होना, भर्ती में देरी और शिक्षा व्यवस्था से जुड़ी चिंताएं शामिल हैं। यह अभियान नेशनल स्टूडेंट्स यूनियन ऑफ़ इंडिया (NSUI) ने शुरू किया है। इसमें शिक्षण संस्थानों में लोगों तक पहुंचने के कार्यक्रम, टाउन हॉल मीटिंग, लोगों से बातचीत और पर्चे बांटने जैसे काम शामिल होंगे। NSUI नेताओं के मुताबिक, यह अभियान देश भर में 28 जगहों पर एक साथ शुरू हुआ।

एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में असम कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष और सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने बार-बार हो रही परीक्षा की गड़बड़ियों को बड़े संस्थागत फेलियर का सबूत बताया और कहा कि सिस्टम से छात्रों का भरोसा उठ गया है। गोगोई ने पूछा कि भारत के छात्रों का भरोसा टूट गया है। इतने सारे टूटे हुए सपनों की ज़िम्मेदारी कौन लेगा? उन्होंने आगे कहा कि अगर छात्रों के साथ अन्याय हो रहा है और उनके माता-पिता पर आर्थिक बोझ पड़ रहा है, तो किसी न किसी को तो ज़िम्मेदारी लेनी ही होगी।

पेपर लीक के बार-बार हो रहे विवादों का ज़िक्र करते हुए गोगोई ने कहा कि छात्र अब इस समस्या को इक्का-दुक्का चूक का नतीजा नहीं, बल्कि सिस्टम की खराबी के तौर पर देखने लगे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जब यह हर साल दोहराया जाता है, तो छात्रों के बीच यह धारणा बन जाती है कि यह किसी एक व्यक्ति की विफलता नहीं हो सकती। यह पूरे सिस्टम की विफलता है। उन्होंने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी का भी ज़िक्र किया और कहा कि यह मुद्दा भारत की शिक्षा प्रणाली में एक बड़े संकट को दर्शाता है।

NSUI ने कहा कि यह कैंपेन NEET, JEE और SSC जैसी परीक्षाओं से प्रभावित छात्रों के साथ-साथ स्कूली शिक्षा से जुड़ी समस्याओं का सामना कर रहे छात्रों तक भी पहुंचेगा। इस संगठन ने छात्रों को शिकायतें दर्ज कराने और अपनी परेशानियां बताने की सुविधा देने के लिए QR कोड रजिस्ट्रेशन सिस्टम और मिस्ड-कॉल सुविधा शुरू की है।

गर्मी बढ़ने के साथ कई लोगों को शरीर पर लाल चकत्ते, खुजली, जलन और पित्ती जैसी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है. डॉक्टरों के अनुसार, यह एक तरह की एलर्जी होती है, जो गर्मी, पसीने और कुछ गलत आदतों के कारण हो सकती है. तेज धूप से आने के तुरंत बाद ठंडा पानी पीना या शरीर को अचानक ठंडा करना कई बार त्वचा संबंधी समस्याओं को बढ़ा सकता है. इसके अलावा कपड़ों में डिटर्जेंट या साबुन के अंश रह जाने से भी त्वचा पर एलर्जी और खुजली की समस्या हो सकती है. इसलिए कपड़ों को अच्छी तरह धोकर ही पहनना चाहिए. इसके लिए घरेलू उपाय भी कारगर है. पित्ती होने पर नारियल तेल में थोड़ा गंधक मिलाकर लगाने से राहत मिल सकती है. इसके अलावा एलोवेरा जेल भी त्वचा को ठंडक पहुंचाता है और खुजली, जलन व लाल चकत्तों को कम करने में मदद करता है.
