CGBSE ने जारी किया NMMS Result 2026 : मेरिट विद्यार्थियों की लिस्ट भी घोषित, जानिए कैसे करें चेक

रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल (CGBSE) ने राष्ट्रीय साधन-सह-प्रावीण्य छात्रवृत्ति परीक्षा NMMS 2025-26 का परिणाम घोषित कर दिया है। परीक्षा में शामिल हुए छात्र अब आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर अपना रिजल्ट ऑनलाइन देख सकते हैं।

CGBSE ने जारी किया NMMS Result 2026
राष्ट्रीय साधन-सह-प्रावीण्य छात्रवृत्ति परीक्षा (NMMS) का आयोजन आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से किया जाता है। लंबे इंतजार के बाद अब परीक्षा परिणाम जारी कर दिया गया है और छात्र अपने रोल नंबर के माध्यम से रिजल्ट चेक कर सकते हैं।

ऐसे करें NMMS रिजल्ट 2026 चेक
रिजल्ट देखने के लिए छात्रों को निम्नलिखित स्टेप्स फॉलो करने होंगे-

  1. सबसे पहले CGBSE की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट cgbse.nic.in पर जाएं।
  2. होमपेज पर उपलब्ध 'NMMSE 2025-26 Result' लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
  3. अपना रोल नंबर और कैप्चा कोड दर्ज करें।
  4. 'Submit' बटन पर क्लिक करें।
  5. स्क्रीन पर रिजल्ट दिखाई देगा।
  6. रिजल्ट डाउनलोड या प्रिंट कर सकते है।

मेरिट लिस्ट और आंसर की भी जारी
परिणाम के साथ बोर्ड ने आधिकारिक उत्तर कुंजी (Answer Key) और चयनित विद्यार्थियों की मेरिट लिस्ट भी जारी की है। छात्र वेबसाइट पर जाकर इन दस्तावेजों को भी डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। राष्ट्रीय साधन-सह-प्रावीण्य छात्रवृत्ति योजना का उद्देश्य आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवारों के प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षा जारी रखने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है। इस योजना के तहत चयनित छात्रों को केंद्र सरकार की ओर से छात्रवृत्ति दी जाती है।

डाइट टिप्स


फल और सब्जियां

वेट लॉस और PCOS को मैनेज करने के लिए फल और सब्जियों का सेवन जरूरी है। हर दिन कम से कम पांच हिस्से सब्जियां या फल खाना जरूरी है। यह आपके शरीर को जरूरी फाइबर देता है। वहीं कम से कम 35-40 ग्राम हाई फाइबर डाइट जरूर लें।

प्रोटीन

पीसीओएस डाइट के लिए प्रोटीन भी एक बेहतरीन ऑप्शन है। आपकी डाइट में प्रोटीन जितना ज्यादा होगा, आपकी इंसुलिन सेंसिटिविटी और तृप्ति उतनी ज्यादा बेहतर होगी।

हेल्दी फैट

अपनी डाइट में वसा की मात्रा को सीमित करने की कोशिश करें। हेल्दी फैट के रूप में दैनिक कैलोरी का 30% से ज्यादा नहीं खाना चाहिए। सेचुरेटेड फैट को और <10 प्रतिशत कुल कैलोरी तक सीमित करना चाहिए।

ओमेगा-3 फैटी एसिड

एक्सपर्ट के मुताबिक PCOS रोगियों के लिए ओमेगा-3 फैटी एसिड सुपरफूड है। यह प्रजनन क्षमता में सुधार करते हैं, हार्मोन को कंट्रोल करता है और इंसुलिन संवेदनशीलता में भी सुधार करता है। साथ ही यह फेस के बालों के विकास को कम करने में सहायता करता है।

पीसीओएस से जूझ रहे लोगों को चीनी से परहेज करना चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि चीनी सूजन की वजह बनती है और शरीर में इंसुलिन लेवल को भी बढ़ा देती है।
