इलॉन मस्क ने X मनी फीचर का रोलआउट शुरू कर दिया है। यह सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X को एवरीथिंग एप बनाने के प्लान के तहत एक बड़ा कदम है। कंपनी ने अभी सिर्फ अमेरिका में अपने प्रीमियम और प्रीमियम+ सब्सक्राइबर्स के लिए यह बैंकिंग सर्विसेज शुरू की हैं। इससे पहले इसे केवल इनवाइट-ओनली बीटा फेज के तहत टेस्ट किया जा रहा था, जिसके बाद 27 जुलाई से इसे ऑफिशियल तौर पर रोलआउट किया गया है। यूजर एप छोड़े बिना कर सकेंगे बैंकिंग के काम X मनी फीचर के जरिए सब्सक्राइबर्स को एप छोड़े बिना ही अपनी रोजमर्रा की बैंकिंग एक्टिविटीज करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। इस सर्विस के तहत यूजर्स को क्रॉस रिवर बैंक के सपोर्ट से डिपॉजिट अकाउंट मिलेगा। इसके जरिए यूजर्स पैसे प्राप्त कर सकेंगे, अन्य X यूजर्स को पैसे ट्रांसफर कर सकेंगे, बिलों का पेमेंट कर सकेंगे, वायर ट्रांसफर भेज सकेंगे और फिजिकल चेक भी जमा कर सकेंगे। वर्चुअल और मेटल कार्ड, 3% कैशबैक की सुविधा X मनी के तहत एक वर्चुअल वीजा डेबिट कार्ड ऑटोमैटिक जारी हो जाएगा। यह कार्ड एपल पे और गूगल पे दोनों के साथ काम करता है। इसके अलावा यूजर्स एक फिजिकल मेटल कार्ड का भी ऑर्डर दे सकते हैं। यूजर्स के पास यह चुनने का ऑप्शन होगा कि वे इस फिजिकल कार्ड पर अपना X हैंडल प्रिंट करवाना चाहते हैं या नहीं। कार्ड के मुख्य फीचर्स: 6% सालाना ब्याज और फ्री ATM विड्रॉल मौजूदा समय में X मनी की सुविधा केवल अमेरिका के प्रीमियम और प्रीमियम+ सब्सक्राइबर्स के लिए ही उपलब्ध है। एलिजिबल यूजर्स डायरेक्ट डिपॉजिट सेट करके 6% तक का एनुअल परसेंटेज यील्ड (APY) कमा सकते हैं। अन्य सुविधाएं और सिक्योरिटी फीचर्स मस्क का एवरीथिंग एप विजन X मनी का लॉन्च इलॉन मस्क के X को चीन के 'वीचैट' की तर्ज पर एक एवरीथिंग एप बनाने के पुराने प्लान का हिस्सा है। इसमें मैसेजिंग, शॉपिंग और फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज एक ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर काम करती हैं। साल 2023 में मस्क ने कर्मचारियों से कहा था कि वे चाहते हैं कि X आगे चलकर पीयर-टू-पीयर (P2P) पेमेंट से आगे बढ़कर यूजर्स की पूरी फाइनेंशियल लाइफ को सपोर्ट करे। अमेरिकी सांसदों की नजर, सीनेटर वॉरेन ने जताई चिंता X के फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज के क्षेत्र में कदम रखने पर अमेरिकी सांसदों की जांच और नजर भी बढ़ गई है। सीनेट बैंकिंग कमेटी की टॉप डेमोक्रेट सीनेटर एलिजाबेथ वॉरेन ने 14 अप्रैल को इलॉन मस्क को एक लेटर लिखा था। उन्होंने पत्र में मस्क से इस बात की पूरी जानकारी मांगी थी कि क्या X बैंकिंग और फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज को जिम्मेदारी से संभालने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है या नहीं। वॉरेन ने X के मैनेजमेंट पर चिंता जताते हुए कंज्यूमर्स, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और पूरे फाइनेंशियल सिस्टम के लिए संभावित जोखिमों पर सवाल उठाए थे। क्या होता है एवरीथिंग एप या सुपर एप? एवरीथिंग एप या सुपर एप एक ऐसा डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म होता है जो यूजर को एक ही एप के भीतर कई तरह की अलग-अलग सर्विसेज देता है। जैसे- सोशल मीडिया, मैसेजिंग, डिजिटल वॉलेट, बैंकिंग, कैब बुकिंग, ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग और बिल पेमेंट। चीन में 'वीचैट' इसका सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण है। इलॉन मस्क भी X को इसी तर्ज पर ढाल रहे हैं ताकि यूजर को किसी अन्य काम के लिए एप बदलने की जरूरत न पड़े। एनुअल परसेंटेज यील्ड क्या है? एनुअल परसेंटेज यील्ड यानी APY का मतलब है सालाना मिलने वाला कुल ब्याज का प्रतिशत। इसमें चक्रवृद्वि ब्याज यानी कंपाउंड इंटरेस्ट भी शामिल होता है। यानी अगर आप X मनी के डिपॉजिट अकाउंट में पैसा रखते हैं और डायरेक्ट डिपॉजिट सेट करते हैं, तो आपको सालाना 6% की दर से रिटर्न का फायदा मिल सकता है।
