NEET Paper Leak Controversy | केंद्र सरकार का नरम रुख, प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों पर नहीं होगी कानूनी कार्रवाई, कड़े कानून का मसौदा तैयार

NEET-UG 2026 पेपर लीक विवाद को लेकर देशभर के परीक्षार्थियों और अभिभावकों में पनपते व्यापक असंतोष और गहराते आक्रोश के बीच केंद्र सरकार ने स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने और माहौल को शांत करने की दिशा में एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण और संवेदनशील कदम उठाया है। शीर्ष सरकारी सूत्रों से छनकर आ रही खबरों के मुताबिक, केंद्र सरकार जंतर-मंतर पर जमा होकर शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से विरोध प्रदर्शन करने वाले छात्रों और 20 जुलाई को संसद भवन की ओर निकाले गए मार्च में शामिल अभ्यर्थियों के खिलाफ कोई भी कठोर दंडात्मक या कानूनी कार्रवाई न करने पर बेहद सकारात्मक रुख अपना रही है। सरकार का यह नरम रुख स्पष्ट रूप से इस बात का संकेत देता है कि प्रशासन परीक्षा प्रणाली की कमियों को लेकर उठाई जा रही जायज चिंताओं को समझ रहा है और छात्रों के साथ टकराव की स्थिति बनाने के बजाय बातचीत और सुधार के जरिए तनाव को कम करने का गंभीर प्रयास कर रहा है। सरकार पहले ही भरोसा दिला चुकी है कि संसद में पेपर लीक के मुद्दे और देश की परीक्षा प्रणाली में जरूरी व्यापक सुधारों पर विस्तार से चर्चा होगी।

सूत्रों ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार उन छात्रों के परिवारों को उचित मुआवजा देने पर भी सकारात्मक रूप से विचार कर रही है, जिनकी हालिया NEET पेपर लीक विवाद के बाद कथित तौर पर आत्महत्या से मौत हो गई थी। यह प्रस्ताव परीक्षा घोटाले के भावनात्मक और सामाजिक असर से निपटने के सरकार के व्यापक प्रयासों का हिस्सा है। अभी तक कोई आधिकारिक घोषणा नहीं की गई है, लेकिन माना जा रहा है कि इस मुद्दे पर सक्रिय रूप से विचार किया जा रहा है।

PM मोदी ने छात्रों को भरोसा दिलाया, सख्त कार्रवाई का वादा किया
इससे पहले, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देर रात एक वीडियो संदेश के जरिए देश भर के लाखों छात्रों को संबोधित किया और उन्हें भरोसा दिलाया कि उनके भविष्य के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। अपने संबोधन में प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार पेपर लीक के मुद्दे को बहुत गंभीरता से ले रही है और विशेष रूप से पेपर लीक को रोकने के उद्देश्य से एक समर्पित कानून पर काम कर रही है।

उन्होंने यह भी घोषणा की कि पेपर लीक रोकने वाले सख्त कानून का मसौदा शुक्रवार को केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल के समक्ष रखा जाएगा। मंत्रिमंडल से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद, सरकार अगले सप्ताह संसद में विधेयक पेश करने और पारित कराने का प्रयास करेगी। प्रधानमंत्री की बातों से संकेत मिलता है कि प्रस्तावित कानून में संगठित परीक्षा धोखाधड़ी को रोकने और जवाबदेही को मजबूत करने के लिए सख्त प्रावधान शामिल होने की उम्मीद है।

सोनम वांगचुक ने भूख हड़ताल खत्म की
प्रधानमंत्री के वीडियो संदेश के तुरंत बाद, कार्यकर्ता सोनम वांगचुक ने गुरुग्राम के मेदांता अस्पताल में 26 दिनों के बाद अपनी भूख हड़ताल खत्म कर दी। वांगचुक 28 जून से अनिश्चितकालीन उपवास पर थे। केंद्र से आश्वासन मिलने के बाद उन्होंने केंद्रीय मंत्रियों जेपी नड्डा और जितेंद्र सिंह की मौजूदगी में अपना विरोध प्रदर्शन समाप्त किया।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, सरकार ने वांगचुक को आश्वासन दिया कि शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शनों में भाग लेने वाले छात्रों के खिलाफ कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी। सरकार ने यह भी कहा कि उनकी मांगों पर उचित माध्यमों से गंभीरता से विचार किया जाएगा।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, केंद्र सरकार का शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शनकारियों के प्रति नरम रुख अपनाते हुए कानूनी सुधारों का वादा करने का दोहरा तरीका NEET-UG 2026 पेपर लीक मामले से जुड़े तनाव को कम करने में मदद कर सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब ध्यान पेपर लीक रोकने वाले प्रस्तावित कानून पर केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल के फैसले और शिक्षा सुधारों पर सरकार के अगले कदमों पर केंद्रित होगा।
