इंडो-पैसिफिक में चीन को घेरने की तैयारी: डिफेंस से समुद्री सुरक्षा तक... भारत-न्यूजीलैंड के बीच हुए 18 बड़े समझौते

भारत और न्यूजीलैंड ने द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को मजबूत करते हुए उन्हें रणनीतिक साझेदारी के स्तर तक पहुंचाने का महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया है। ऑकलैंड में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और न्यूजीलैंड के प्रधानमंत्री क्रिस्टोफर लक्सम के बीच हुई बैठक के बाद दोनों देशों ने आर्थिक, सामरिक और क्षेत्रीय सहयोग को नई गति देने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई।

बैठक के बाद जारी संयुक्त बयान के अनुसार, दोनों देशों ने अगले पांच वर्षों में वस्तुओं और सेवाओं के वार्षिक द्विपक्षीय व्यापार को दोगुना कर 2030 तक 35,000 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। इसके लिए हाल ही में हुए मुक्त व्यापार समझौते (FTA) को जल्द लागू करने और व्यापारिक बाधाओं को कम करने पर जोर दिया गया।

दोनों नेताओं की बातचीत से कुल 18 महत्वपूर्ण परिणाम सामने आए, जिनमें 10 समझौते शामिल हैं। इनमें आगामी वर्षों के लिए द्विपक्षीय सहयोग का रोडमैप, इंडो-पैसिफिक क्षेत्र में समुद्री सहयोग का ढांचा और भारतीय नौसेना तथा न्यूजीलैंड रक्षा बल के बीच लॉजिस्टिक्स सहायता समझौता प्रमुख हैं।

इंडो-पैसिफिक क्षेत्र को लेकर दोनों देशों ने साझा दृष्टिकोण प्रस्तुत किया। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और क्रिस्टोफर लक्सम ने स्वतंत्र, खुला और नियम-आधारित क्षेत्रीय व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने संप्रभुता, क्षेत्रीय अखंडता और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानूनों के सम्मान को वैश्विक स्थिरता के लिए आवश्यक बताया।

समुद्री सुरक्षा को लेकर भी दोनों देशों ने सहयोग बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके तहत मैरीटाइम सिक्योरिटी डायलॉग की स्थापना की जाएगी, जिससे समुद्री गतिविधियों, सुरक्षा चुनौतियों और रणनीतिक सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान को और मजबूत किया जा सकेगा। दोनों नेताओं ने समुद्र में नौवहन और हवाई मार्गों की स्वतंत्रता को अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार और क्षेत्रीय स्थिरता के लिए महत्वपूर्ण बताया।

बैठक के दौरान पश्चिम एशिया की स्थिति पर भी चर्चा हुई। दोनों नेताओं ने क्षेत्र में बढ़ते तनाव पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए सभी पक्षों से संयम बरतने और नागरिकों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की। साथ ही वैश्विक व्यापार के लिए महत्वपूर्ण समुद्री मार्गों पर निर्बाध आवाजाही बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता पर भी जोर दिया गया।

इसके अलावा भारत और न्यूजीलैंड ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र में व्यापक सुधारों की जरूरत दोहराई और सुरक्षा परिषद के विस्तार के प्रयासों का समर्थन किया। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यह यात्रा दोनों देशों के बीच आर्थिक और सामरिक संबंधों को नई दिशा देने के साथ-साथ इंडो-पैसिफिक क्षेत्र में सहयोग को और मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हो सकती है।
