ETF क्या है?

ETF एक ऐसा इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड है जो आपको एक ही निवेश के जरिए कई तरह के स्टॉक या अन्य एसेट्स में निवेश करने की सुविधा देता है. आसान शब्दों में कहें तो यह किसी Index, Sector, Gold, Bond या अन्य एसेट क्लास को ट्रैक करता है. ETF की एक खास बात यह है कि इनकी यूनिट्स को स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर ठीक वैसे ही खरीदा और बेचा जाता है जैसे अलग-अलग शेयरों को. ETF चुनते समय आपको उस अंडरलाइंग एसेट (मूल एसेट) को समझना चाहिए जिसे वह ट्रैक करता है और एक्सपेंस रेश्यो की तुलना करनी चाहिए. आपको हमेशा अपने निवेश के लक्ष्यों और जोखिम उठाने की क्षमता के आधार पर ETF चुनना चाहिए, साथ ही इसकी लिक्विडिटी पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए.

ETF कैसे काम करता है?

ETF किसी खास इंडेक्स या एसेट के परफॉर्मेंस को ट्रैक करता है उदाहरण के लिए Nifty 50 को ट्रैक करने वाला ETF उन्हीं कंपनियों के शेयर रखता है और उसी अनुपात में जिनसे Nifty 50 इंडेक्स बना है. ऐसे में जब Nifty 50 इंडेक्स बढ़ता है तो ETF की कीमत भी आमतौर पर बढ़ती है और इसके उलट जब इंडेक्स गिरता है तो ETF की कीमत भी गिरती है. इसके अलावा ETF कई तरह के निवेशकों के लिए एक बेहतरीन विकल्प माने जाते हैं चाहे वे कम लागत वाले निवेश के विकल्प तलाश रहे हों या फिर लंबे समय तक निवेश बनाए रखने, इंडेक्स में निवेश करने या अलग-अलग तरह के एसेट्स वाला पोर्टफोलियो बनाने में रुचि रखते हों.

ETF के प्रमुख प्रकार

ETF कई तरह के होते हैं जिनमें इंडेक्स ETF, गोल्ड ETF, बॉन्ड ETF और सेक्टर ETF शामिल हैं. इंडेक्स ETF, Nifty 50 या Sensex जैसे इंडेक्स को ट्रैक करते हैं. गोल्ड ETF में सोने में निवेश किया जाता है जिससे बिना फिजिकल सोना खरीदे निवेश करने का मौका मिलता है. बॉन्ड ETF में सरकारी या कॉर्पोरेट बॉन्ड में निवेश किया जाता है. सेक्टर ETF में बैंकिंग, IT या फार्मास्यूटिकल्स जैसे सेक्टर की कंपनियां शामिल होती हैं जिनमें निवेश किया जा सकता है.
